Oil-gas gathering pipe network topology optimization is a NP difficult problem. Using traditional optimization algorithm is difficult to obtain the global optimal solution, and Oil-gas gathering pipe network morphology is varied, which requires us to according to the actual situation of optimization problem to choose the appropriate network model. This article in view of the above two aspects namely network modeling and pipe network model algorithm launched a detailed research:1) Oil and gas gathering transportation network commonly used three kinds of models were Multilevel Star Style Network, Multilevel Ring-Star Style Network, Multilevel Ring-Star Style Network. In this paper, on the basis of MST network is improved, namely in the lowest network connection form does not use the stellate connection and use dentrites connection. Based on this improved established improved MST gathering and transportation network optimization mathematical model. This model is a multi-objective mixed constrained nonlinear programming problem.2) Established in this paper based on improved MST network optimization mathematical model is solved by the conventional algorithms is helpless, need to adopt heuristic algorithm. Genetic algorithm is a biological evolutionary mechanism in imitation nature developed on the basis of random global search and optimization method. The essence of genetic algorithm is a high-efficiency, parallel, global search methods. Dijkstra algorithm is a kind of solving the most short circuit algorithm, we can be obtained by using this algorithm based on the shortest tree diagram at some point.In this paper, the combination of Dijkstra algorithm and genetic algorithm is used, namely the hybrid genetic algorithm, the problem is divided into layout layer and distribution layer two layers. In layout layer, a genetic algorithm is adopted to search the whole layout areas.In distribution layer, use Dijkstra algorithm. Through this method, the whole layout area can be effectively search. This method can avoid the adverse influence that caused by operators given the initial location and not just be simply connecting every well that were dominated by stations with single pipeline, but produce the Minimum Arborescence. Such through optimization calculation got improved MST gathering and transportation network diagram. This paper using VB programming methods in computer realized based on hybrid genetic algorithm oil and gas gathering and transportation of topological optimization design. The paper discusses the characteristics of Mao jia he oil area compiled the corresponding database to stand at all levels, the position of the calculation, got the pressurization point that belong to well number and well numbers, but also the MST network have improved than MST pipe production length shortens21%of conclusion, finally, presents the reasonable optimization scheme the connection method are given reasonable optimization scheme.
