Throughout the oil system, oil well pump is a very important subsystem, the pump efficiency in oil recovery efficiency of the system occupies a significant proportion, particularly in the production of relatively large oil and gas wells its impact more visible. Thus, through the development of new gas anchor will be produced fluid into the pump before the gas-liquid separation so as to further enhance the pumping efficiency of this pump has a very important topic of practical significance.This article first oil production of conventional gas anchor commonly carried out extensive research, analysis of advantages and disadvantages of conventional gas anchor, and then put forward a new type of multi-flow type gas anchor Cup design ideas; study the gas-liquid separator to improve the efficiency of gas anchor principles and new multi-cup-type gas anchor of the hydraulic flow calculation method; using FLUENT, to adopt a focused study of the gas flow through the anchor openings of the flow field obtained flow field velocity distribution, pressure distribution, etc.; drawn under the conditions of low Reynolds number of local resistance coefficient of orifice calculation method, analysis of the Reynolds number and pore openings between the disturbance on the impact of local resistance coefficient, and obtained the relevant relationship.
