In the process of exploiting oil, gas injection was adopted in some production wells in Daqing peripheral oilfields, and gas-oil ratio is higher. When it becomes serious, pump efficiency will be decreasing, and air lock happens. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures to reduce the efficiency of the gas in high gas pumping to pump efficiency. One of the effective measures is installing anchor in the entrance of the gas pump(including the pump below defense installment and the pump external defense installment), and separating free-gas in oil flow before pump, and discharging to the ground through the casing annulus. At present, the application of gas anchor has been successfully field test, but theoretical support is short, and there is not a set of calculation method of gas anchor degasification efficiency. The survey find that the study of that gas phase is dispersed phase have been more mature, but the document about calculating gas-liquid separation efficiency of that gas phase is continuous phase, liquid phase is dispersed phase, and the model size is larger. In this paper, based on the theory of two-phase flow,atmolysis mechanism of underground gas anchor and sub gas efficiency carry out exploratory study,establish three-dimensional flow model by the gas as the continuous phase and liquid is dispersed,the use of computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT,adopt second order unsteady solver,carry out the numerical simulation by sub-gas effect of gas anchor. In allusion to large size for the actual model structure,and a large number of grid,adopt the way of calculation of gravity settling section and helical segments separation respectively,optimize its structure size,in the simulation case of multiple sets of gas-liquid ratio,receive liquid ratio of 5:1,atmolysis of result is the best;length gravity sedimentation is between 5.2 and 7.4 meters,spiral laps is 40 laps,the pitch is between 35 and 40 millimeters,this is the best sub gas efficiency gas anchor structure. These research results of practical production analysis gas-liquid separation efficiency of gas anchor and optimize of gas anchor structure size provide a theoretical basis,and improve the basic theory for pump efficiency.
