In the field of oil exploitation projects, artificial lift plays an important role in the world, so its energy consumption also occupys the largest proportion in the oil production process. Therefore, it is important to study the loss of machine production system and its causes, and search out appropriate,technical measures,which is significant to improve the efficiency of artificial lift system and reduce energy consumption.System efficiency is an important target to indicate the level of oil field development, and it is more efficient and early to study how to improve efficiency of artificial lift system for other domestic oil fields, these measures to improve the efficiency of mechanical recovery are more effective. But the efficiency of artificial lift system of JiLin Oil field is much lower, and there is a big gap between them in improving the technical management level of artificial lift .This paper discusses the theoretical computational method of machine mining system's efficiency and site testing method in detail. It also states the current situation and problem of the machine mining system's efficiency in Jilin oilfield, according to which determines the principle of improving the machine mining system's efficiency. Determine the technology of rod pumped well and screw pump well's affecting the efficiency of the system and research managing factors on the basis of these factors. Therefore, find the moderate technology and managing method of improving machine mining system's efficiency that fits the characteristics in Jilin oilfield. Through research the potential of machine mining's saving energy select the proper technology for old liberated area and come up with the comprehensive managing method and practical technology for the energy conservation of old liberated area; the principle and practical technology for newly liberated area's energy saving work; study and determine the limitation of applied technology for energy-efficient equipment. There has been great breakthrough in studying intelligent intermissive pumping technology and built up three energy-efficient machine mining managing models to direct field practice, thus improved the overall level of management of machine mining system. What's more, under the demand of the principle of improving machine mining system's efficiency, the research work of the moderate flow pressure of oil well. Thanks to these, it becomes reality to carry out energy-efficient measures on condition that oil well realizes the balance between supply and drainage and while saving energy the oil well can increase production or not decrease production.Because of the implementation of the work, great progress has been made for the efficiency of artificial lift system of Jilin Oilfield , its efficiency has been raised from 18.5% to 21.1%.And the work has been a part of many achievements in improving the efficiency of artificial lift system of JiLin Oil field, which also provides technical guaranteein for improving the efficiency of artificial lift system of the entire field in the future .and is instructive to other low-yielding fields of Jilin Oilfield and others.
