Development And Research On Rotary Pressure Filter

Rotary pressure filter is a type of high efficiency filtration and separation equipment developed in recent years.It can be used on plastics,dyes and pigments, pharmaceutical products, agriculture, food, fiber products, inorganic and organic chemistry and other fields. Compared with the traditional vacuum filter, rotary filter and frame filter, rotary pressure filter has many advantages in high filtration pressure, excellent sealing performance, continuous operation, fully automatic operation and using different operating pressure in different chamber.By referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, our research project conduct depth detailed study in working principle, structure, applications fields, stress strength and sealing performance of the rotary pressure filter, we propose a design proposal of integrated structure for rotary pressure filter, make theoretical analysis of the machine's power, torque, packing seal between the internal and external drum, make a selection for motor, retarder, couplings, bearings etc, and focus on designing the external drum, internal drum, distribution head, filtration unit, sealing between the internal and external drum etc. This text will make finite element analysis for key components under the combined effects of complex loading using common finite element software ANSYS,to check if these components meet the strength and stiffness requirements in working situation. The static analysis including external drum, internal drum, distribution head etc, provides a reliable basis for designing the components of rotary pressure filter. The results of finite element numerical simulation show that the design of these components meets the design requirements. It provides a basis for the reliability of designing against the backdrop of the absence of maturity design theory.
