With the rapid development of the economic, the requirement of powder andconcrete aggregateis is increasing, which need more outstanding crush and grindequipment. At this moment,the usual crushing equipment are jaw crusher, hammercrusher and impact crusher,and the grinding equipments are ball mill,vertical mill androller mill.But the equipment between crusher and grinding which used for impactcrushing and coarse grinding is still needed.The impact crush and coarse grindequipment is drawing more and more attention because of the crushers discharginglarger particles which is difficult to make direct use of the finished product, and thegrinding equipment of high energy consumption and only be used for the preparationof powder.The main impact crushing and coarse grinding equipments are V typeimpact crusher, cone crusher and rod mill,but all these equipments have notobtained for the widespread application because the size adjustable of the discharge islow.So designing a higher size adjustable impact crushing and coarse grindingequipment is imperative.Through the analysis of the ball mill, tube mill and roller mill working principlewhich are used widely now, at the same time, combined the advanced theory at homeand abroad which including impact crushing and coarse grinding,the paper design ahigher size adjustable impact crushing and coarse grinding equipment named1500type vertical static pressure ring grinding mill which based on the750type ofvertical static pressure ring roller mill.This paper briefly introduces the grinding technology theory and the presentsituation of the associate roller mill machinery research, and points out theimprovement of the vertical static pressure ring roll mill with the understanding of thevertical static pressure ring roller mill structure and the basic working principle,theproblem of the developed750vertical static pressure ring roll mill in the slatebreaking experiment process are found and improved at the same time as the750typeof vertical ring roll mill insufficient production capacity,it is hard to meet therequirements of production line for large powder and light aggregate preparation. Thedesigns of1500type of vertical static pressure ring roll mill based on750machine ismainly about its component materials, technical parameters, main technicalparameters, structure selection, design and calculation,the finite element analysis of the design of1500vertical static pressure ring roller mill main parts, discussing theworking stress and deformation.Studies show that: the design improved type1500vertical static pressure ringroller mill in production, material through capacity, material particle size control, milldismantling and discharging speed and other aspects of type750is improvedobviously, and the mill arm and cylinder working stress and deformation finiteelement analysis data analysis available, the maximum stress and deformation areconsistent with the design and manufacture of machinery and equipment requirements.The analysis proved that the1500type of vertical static ring roller mill withmanufacturing process requirements, and the output, consumption and abrasion areable to meet the requirement, which has a certain guiding role in the research anddevelopment for the new vertical static pressure ring roller mill in the future.
