Large CNC rotary table is an important part designed for CNC floor type milling &boring machine and floor type boring machine, which is mainly applied to cooperate with machine tool processing large, complex shape parts, realizing one clamping complete a variety of processes to processing of complex functions. CNC rotary table is relatively independent, which could achieve linear and rotary feed as the workpiece clamped on it. Thus, structural rigidity and dynamic performance of CNC rotary table have a great impact on machine tool's machining precision and efficiency. Now there is still a great gap between China and internation in the design and manufacture field of the manufacturing equipment. There are still a lot of domestic machine tool manufacturers designing manchine-structures based on static performance computing and traditional analog calculation, which makes CNC machine tool structure unreasonable or dynamic performance poor. This thesis make study of HTK200B type large CNC rotary table structure properties from simulation and experiment. This thesis also makes structure optimization on table which the key components of the CNC rotary table based on orthogonal experiment method and unit structure theory, achieving the purpose for improving carrying capacity and dynamic stiffness. The work did in this thesis including:1. This thesis built simplified the solid model of HTK200B type CNC rotary table by SolidWorks. Get the finite element model of HTK200B CNC rotary table by ANSYS pre-processing operation.2. This thesis analyzed the load put on the HTK200B type CNC rotary table and conducted static analysis.This thsis did study on the CNC rotary table's dynamic characteristics as the joint surface's dynamic characteristics were taken account. This thesis conducted modal analysis for three important components of the CNC rotary table and taken table as the component needed structure optimization based on the rotary table's modal anslysis.3.As the key components of NC rotary table, experiment study of table was conducted. This thesis systematically introduced the experimental research theories, steps and precautions were introduced. This thesis obtained table's modal parameters through modal experment, which verify the correctness of the table's finite element simulation analysis model.4.This thesis described the theory of structural optimization while taking the table as optimize object. This thesis optimized ribs' layout of table and clearance holes' parameters based on orthogonal experiments and unit structure achieving best ribs' layout and sand holes' optimal parameter-combination were found. Table after optimized realize the purpose of structural optimization to improve the CNC rotary table's carrying capacity and dynamic performance.
