| Solar cell film need have excellent weather resistance, UV resistance and good mechanical properties. The characteristics of PVDF determine that PVDF is the the best preparation materials for making solar cell film. However, the hydrophilic of PVDF is so poor which limiting it's using that PVDF needs to be modified.The experiment blends of PMMA and PVDF in order to improve the hydrophilicity of blend film. The performance of PVDF/PMMA blend film with two different blend compositions were investigated by using XRD, differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), atomic force microscope(AFM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It has been found that PMMA and PVDF have good compatibility. But in the same time, PMMA prevents PVDF from crystallization, reduces the melting temperature and the decomposition temperature. Then the influence of the addition of TiO2 to the system was studied too through using XRD, DSC, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and TG These show that, in the one hand, TiO2 play the role of shading, increase the hydrophlicity of blend film and cut down the cost of blend film. On the other hand, TiO2 also inhibits the crystallization of PVDF, drops the melting temperature and the decomposition temperature. In the end, combining these research results, co-extrusion composite film was developed which both has excellent chemical stability, weather resistance, UV resistance and easy to bond with other material. And developed the optimum formula and process parameters. |
