Design Of Milling Fixture Virtual Assembly System Based On 3D And Virtools Technology

In this paper,virtual assembly's characteristics,3D and Virtools technology in virtual assembly are deeply studied.On the basis of introduction to the virtual assembly notion,this paper uses the virtual assembly technology to simulate the process of the fixture.Through constructing milling fixture element three dimensional solid model on the 3dsmax platform,simulating dynamic assembling for milling fixture,controlling assembly scene,sound,text by using virtools platform,realizes milling fixture virtual assembly system.The study results show that this kind of method has pefect specialities of low cost, short developing cycle and perfect interactive characters.
