With the rapid development of economy, the enlargement of city scale, the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, the demand of fresh water resources is also increasing. The shortage of urban water, low per capita water resources problems. Coupled with the traditional concept of people always say that water is inexhaustible, in this kind of idea, waste and pollution of water resources becomes more and more serious, which prompted Chinese increasingly scarce water resources. Therefore sewage treatment problem is imminent, but the urban sewage treatment problems and faced a series of test, mainly displays in three aspects:sewage disposal technology behind; Investment insufficient, the shortage of funds; Sewage management level is low.In this paper, according to the current situation of domestic sewage treatment, design a set of using field bus technology and based on Profibus communication protocol of the centrifugal blower aeration control system, the system is mainly composed of four LCP fan control system, MCP Local Control Panel control system and the central monitoring system of three parts, mainly related to PLC control technology, HMI human-machine interface technology, frequency conversion control technology, PC monitor technology and Profibus communication technologies. In the sewage treatment control system, the application of industrial control technology not only improve the automation level of the sewage treatment, reduce the sewage treatment operation and maintenance costs, and ensures the operation of the system is efficient, stable and energy-saving.The core of PLC control system in the LCP adopts Siemens s7-200series CPU200cn, MCP control system adopts Siemens s7-300series CPU331c, frequency changer adopts ABB’s Frequency conversion Cabinet of160kw.From single LCP control cabinet of the touch screen can be real-time monitoring of all performance parameters of the single fan, including the motor’s temperature, the fan’s bearing temperature, fan’s bearing vibration and fan speed, export volume parameter, etc.4sets of LCP fan control system and MCP by Profibus communication protocol communication, from the MCP can monitor the running status and performance of the four fan parameters and can be set fan’s manual-automatic control and polling control automatically.MCP communicate with the central control room via Profibus protocol for communication, through the central control room can monitor each fan running state and to control the whole control system, so as to achieve the purpose of remote monitoring.
