With the continuous development of domestic urbanization and the continuous advancement of the goals of industrial power,the problem of urban domestic sewage and industrial sewage treatment has become increasingly prominent.In order to continuously improve our living environment,solve the current water scarcity and environmental pollution problems and achieve sustainable economic development.Designing an efficient and convenient sewage treatment control system is imminent.This article gives a brief introduction to the sewage treatment process.The three main control systems of DCS,PLC and FCS are compared and analyzed.Moreover,it mainly introduced the Siemens s7-300 PLC and PROFIBUS.That combines a sewage treatment plant project,utilize the stability of the PLC control system and the high efficiency of the fieldbus control system;proposing the control scheme based on PLC control system and fieldbus control system.The control system of PLC sewage treatment based on PROFIBUS is designed.The slave computer adopts CPU 315-2DP of Siemens s7-300 PLC as the main station,and the Danfoss FC 300 converter and MCC as slave stations constitute the PROFIBUS-DP control network.The industry computer system selects WinCC software for monitoring system configuration.Completed the process screen,history curve,alarm record,electrical control and other monitoring interface.Used the LAD programming language to complete the design of PLC control program through the STEP7 programming software.The design of the sewage treatment automatic control system was realized.The automatic control system of this sewage system has been successfully operated in the enterprise,and it has achieved good control effect according to the user feedback.
