The author through its plate production site field visits found that although the enterprise, though they have a more comprehensive management approach, but its production is a traditional push-type production, the scene in the production process there is a lot of the products revealed inventory, process convergence difficulties, overtime hours and delivery delays, more problems, such waste has become a bottleneck in the production of enterprises must solve the problems, to look forward to lower production costs, better product quality and shorter delivery, in the competition win more customers.The author thought at the basis of lean production, the use of value stream analysis tool to analyze the specific problems of the production site, and summing up the existing waste in the site, then using the "5S" management techniques, Kanban tools, balanced way of production design, etc., the value of a product flow in the site improvement activities to help enterprises to eliminate the production of waste, increase productivity, reduce production costs, and to explore the on-site activities in the enterprise applications to improve the expected results.This paper hopes to systematic and scientific research, analyzed and summarized by lean management tools that exist in furniture production waste, and design the corresponding improvement, the use of Lean management tools to improve the site gained more practical experience and theoretical conclusion, as manufacturers cut production costs, improve production efficiency and product quality assurance provide more lessons.
