As one of an advanced management mode for modern manufacturing,lean production is committed to eliminate all non-value added useless and redundant activities in the production process,so that the production system can quickly adapt to the changing customer needs.Through the introduction of various lean tools,continuous improvement,reach the purposes of improving product quality,increasing productivity,shortening product delivery time,reducing costs,increasing market competitiveness.With the increasingly fierce market competition,introduce lean production methods to enhance the market competitiveness is the inevitable choice in the enterprise.The article analyzes the lean production in company application and research,belongs to the category of business management.Lean production is an advanced management mode,which contains a lot of common tools and methods of management,because every business there are different corporate culture,corporate identity,management of the environment and the quality of staff,therefore,lean production methods used in implementing tools and methods vary,the key is combined with the actual needs and specific business problems,and establishing enterprise lean production model.The article firstly analyzes the Chinese dire economic situation from both internal and external environment,in this big environment,SV company presences the main problem in four areas by analyzing the materials and order management,site and production management,quality management and human resources management,comes to the necessity of the introduction of lean production in the enterprise.Then,for SV company's specific circumstances and the existing problems in production management,using some lean tools which contain value stream analysis,team management,5S site management,visual management,standardized operations and implement total quality management and so on,develop a series of systems,management practices and operating procedures,and establish a set of lean production model which is applicable to SV company.The model is implemented to verify for one year,get the actual production data,in which one delivery pass rate increases from 78.76% to 83.78%,on-time delivery rate increases from 91.36% to 94.25%,employee automatic turnover decreases from 7.2% to 5%.By comparison the effect,it is proved thatlean production model established in this paper have a significant effect in solving the low of one delivery pass rate,on-time delivery rate,and solving high staff turnover rate and other issues automatically,and can get the purposes of reducing cost,increasing efficiency in the enterprise.Lean production is a long-term process.Through the practical study of lean production in SV company,summarizes the scientific experiences of its success and in hope that the other vehicle paint modified enterprise can get benefit and learn something from it.
