| The evaluation system for the Green and well-off Country, Village and Household will be built during this paper. The situation of the development of the new country construction will be evaluated. And the level of the new country construction will be built. The shortcoming of the development will be found. And the purpose of the construction will be adjusted. At least the scientific synthesis evaluating model will be built for the forestry industry.Following the scientificalness, simplicity, systematicness, hierarchy and operability, the evaluation system for the Green and well-off Country, Village and Household was built. This system concluded factor layer and index layer. Advanced economies, Green production, Green living and ecological civilization had been involved in the factor layer. There were 21 indices for country,17 indices for village and 9 indices for household respectively in index layer. Based on the valuation indices provided, the weight of each factor by AHP is gained. According to that, the comprehensive evaluation model and the evaluation standard of grass-roots factors are built up.According to score and analyze of 6 contries,18 villages and 18 households, we can conclude that the development of green and well-off Society is still in its infancy. The green and well-off country can be divided into engineering-led type, industry-led type and green home type.
