Study On Teaching Method Of Coordination Chemistry

Coordination chemistry is an important branch of inorganic chemistry, which intersects and is closely related to other subjects. In such an education background that quality education becoming a focus, we must make great efforts in teaching research to achieve training high level professionals.In this thesis, we make a comparison about the teaching status at home and abroad, analysis the demands and expectations of students about teaching, and find the current problems existing in teaching. According to existing problems, we further put forward the idea of teaching reform to improve the comprehensive qualities and innovation abilities of students.The assumption of the reforms includes the following three aspects:1. Changes in teaching concept.2. Reforms in teaching system and contents.3. Reforms in teaching methods and approachesSuggested measures for the implementation as follows:1. To play the main role of students in the teaching process through the conversion of knowledge to achieve quality education.2. To develop thinking ability of student by heuristic education.3. To adapt current course contents by adding frontier knowledge, abridging the outdated contents to improve the practicability of materials.4. To optimize the course contents and progress in order to achieve the goal with clear line of thought, prominent key, the clarity of focus, proper difficulties.5. To encourage self-learning and emphasis on the training of practical skills.6. To penetrate the theory and experiment in the process of teaching.7. To apply the classroom teaching pattern of designing and solving problem.8. To increase the student interest in studying and exploring by inserting the aesthetic education into classroom teaching.9. To organize classroom using the knowledge of psychology to stimulate student interest.
