Strain Gauge is a sensor, and widely used in people's daily life. Usually, Manufacturer produce in the form of entire production,but specific product application should be carried out according to the model.Traditional slices is finished by workers hand-cut,and it was low efficiency,low accuracy,and serious waste of resources, high reject rate. All of this affect production's quality,and gradually became a bottleneck of volume product. In order to overcome this contradiction, developping a high efficiency, high precision strain gauge cutting device has a high practical value.The research take the project "development of Strain Gauge Smart cutting equipment" supported by the Commission of Science,Technology and Industry for National Defense as the background.The principle of strain gauge cutting AC servo system was describled in detail. The AC PMSM and it's control strategy was analysed. The principle of vector control and coordinate transformation were elaborated.The mathematical model of PMSM was given. It was difficult to get ideal result in a complex servo system with single control strategy. The ideology of compound control was adopted in the research.It effectively integrated the advantages of control strategies, and simulation analysis results show that it significantly improved the control performance of the system. In hardware design,it take TMS320F2812 motor dedicated control chip as the core controller, selected Mitsubishi's fourth-generation smart power driver chip DIP-IPMPS21962 as driver module,which included detection circuits of current, speed, position and hardware circuit of fault protection. In software design, it take CCS3.1 as the development platform, implemented the main program and subroutines by modular programming ideas to achieve the control function in DSP. Finally, the model of space vector width modulation(SVPWM) control system was established under the enviroment of MATLAB/Simulink,and simulation result shows that the theoretical analysis and the model were correct. The design of the entire system meet the basic requirements of high-precision cutting,and lay a foundation for further research.
