Research For Crawler Traveling Planentary Reducer Of The Coal Cutting Transport-truck

The coal cutting transport-truck is a newly auxiliary transport facility developed overseas in recent years,and it is also a key auxiliary transport facility.The travelling planetary reducer is a key part of the coal cutting transport-truck's crawler traveling mechanism.Its essential functions are transmitting power from hydraulic motor to crawler belt. many other fields.The traditional static design method can not meetthe requirements of planetary gear reducer design , and the new dynamic design method is increasingly being recognized and adopted.This paper is based on crawler planetary reducer of the coal cutting transport-truck as the research object.Each part of reducer's model are created by using three-dimension software UG, import into the simulation software after assembling the part,then carry on the dynamic and kinematics simulation,and obtain the load boundary condition from the simulation results,then carry on finite element analysis to the key part in software ANSYS.The concrete research content is as follows: 1.Planet reduction gear assembly interference and structure rational examination.The paper establishes each parts using the UG software,then carry on virtual assembly,finally implement assembly interference and structure rational examination.2.The research to velocity ratio of planetary reducer based on virtual prototype. The paper establishes movement virtual prototype model of planetary reducer, then carry on kinematics simulation, finally finally carries on the velocity ratio the confirmation.3.The research to rotational speeds on all levels to planetary reducer and gear meshing force. The paper establishes dynamic virtual prototype model of planetary reducer, carry on dynamic simulation separately to the coal cutting transport-truck under two kinds of different working conditions,and conduct research to rotational speeds on all levels to planetary reducer and gear meshing force.4.Check the intensity of the planetary reducer's key parts.The paper carry on statics and modal analysis of the third stage planet carrier,check the contact strength of gear.
