The mine hoister is the leading equipment in the mine haulage, it's quality effects the output of a mine company and the safety of the people at the bottom of a well. For a long time ,the design method of mine hoister mostly adops static design, and has no valid method of dynamics simuilation,compared with the design technical of spaceflight, motor aircraft and other high-tech machinery.In this paper, the technique of virtual prototype is introduced in study of mine hoister, and hope it can shorten the exploit period,reduce cost and obviously improve quality, effectively promote the competitory ability of producuts in the markets.Based on the technique of virtual prototype and utilizes software platform of ADAMS and studys on the 2JTP×1.2 type of mine hoister, adopts three-dimensional solid modeling software of Pro/E to establish three-dimensional models of integrated voluble system of mine hoister and import them to software of ADAMS. Then, build the model of steel cable rope in ADAMS,and adds loads and force on every component, this paper establishes three-dimensional digitized virtual prototype of integrated voluble system of mine hoister.In this paper, the analysis of visual dynamics and kinetic simulation of mine hoister is studied, it realizes the dynamics simulation of the process in which the steel cable rope wrapps around the roller,the analysis for simulation result is made,the result shows that:the model built and simulation parameter's setting is correct,the hoist displacement and speed and other interrelated data which are measured in simulation accord with the practicality.In this paper,the modal analysis for the main shaft is made, the analysis result shows that:the vibration of main shaft of mine hoister is complicated vibration which is combined by bend and torsion,the distortion in the midst of main shaft is maximal,the modal analysis result offers effective methods on dynamic design of mine hoister.
