The paper set up a model of the multi-parameter working state visual management of mining and excavating based on the basic theories and method of mineral GIS through introduced integration, intelligentization and Visualization technique of mineral CAD and analyzed deeply all elements in the state visual management system of mining and excavating with system engineering theories, database theories and GIS principle.The main content of the study include:realized and studied the former research results, development and problem among them, combined on demand of coal producing experience, built management system of whole frame after analyzed deeply the constitutes of mining and excavating. The discourse laid emphasis on building space database and attribute database of mining and excavating when finished studied deeply methods of setting up drawing element collection, and selected the best way, handle, to link them. At last, developed and realized the system with the drawing of mining and excavating project ichnography of mine using the calculation, showing and function of advanced computer high-level language and drawing's function of AutoCAD. The system can contact with user through single and multi-plicate document's windows, dialog box, and so on of VB and VBA. It developed and realized the working state visual management of mining and excavating system with integrated successfully geologic& measured data, mine data, mechanical& electric data, ventilated& safe data.For the lower management level of mining and excavating in our country, the study concentrated on the poor visual technique in mine management. So that the study can advanced the levels of automatization, integration, and precision, enhanced that quickness, simpleness and feasibility of working management in mine. At the same time, it founded for next management of stoping&developing-link and 3D parameter state, provided a new way of studying visual technique for the future.Above all, this system come it true that visual management of geology, survey, mechanism& electricity, mine, ventilation& security, and supplied the function of inquiring, modification, adding, and deletion under the AutoCAD environment through analyzed and figured state of mining and excavating,based on mineral GIS principle, and adopted to the method of space-analyzed.Because author's knowledge level and limited time, in addition, the system involve of too more academics contents, the system is still demanded in further perfect, and make it be more practical. The system will have great effect on innovation and reality for decreasing cost and advanced quality of mineral management.
