Application Of Cork Material In Kids Furniture Design

This paper discusses the material of cork,and the experiment of processing and Analysis children's behavior,then applying the theory to design a children's game table with cork.Cork material as a life in common,the packaging,shoes and boots,a bottle stopper and is widely applied in the fields of in,as decorative materials applied in the field of soft outfit also certain development.But in the furniture has not been widely used,the reason is poor wear resistance,bearing poor,easy to break.In this paper,through the investigation of the cork in the furniture field application status,and as a furniture materials in application of innovative demonstration cork in furniture design feasibility,and through and other materials combined with the methods to avoid the drawbacks of the.The purpose is to show the possibility of cork material as the main useful furniture,to improve the quality of life of people,have important significance to environmental protection.This study was carried out according to the investigation of materials research--Design and practice process,user behavior analysis,method of design practice.First of all to cork the current application status,the physical characteristics of cork and the relationship between characteristics and soft wood furniture for example analysis,and the application methods of cork material were investigated in the prospect of the application of children's furniture from the material point of view on the cork.Then the experimental material processing,combined with the design principle of children's furniture after the success of the experiment,applied to the product design,the cork products from the appearance,structure strength,use characteristics are improved.After the current state of the market for children's furniture research,found inadequate,and the children's behavior questionnaire and combining with the investigation results to make the design requirements.Finally,the integrated use of the previous research results,the design of a preschool children's painting or game table.
