Shedding mechanism is one of five organizations on the loom, and it is an important part of the loom. The form of shedding on the weaving machine plays an important role on production efficiency and product quality. Traditional form of open mechanism are CAM opening, Dobby opening, Jacquard opening and connecting rod opening, while the new electronic technology on the opening is still in its infancy in China. So far the domestic use of electronic shedding mechanism is all foreign products. For the textile giant China, it is very important to research and develop intellectual property rights on the electronic opening technology. As the problem, this paper design a high speed electronic shedding for Wangong Company's WG-2000-type air-jet loom, which is driven by a servo motor. The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.From the aspect of shedding mechanism on air-jet looms, analyze the basic principle of open institutions, in particular studying the kinematics law and theory of electronic opening on the foreign loom. Based on the design and analysis, this thesis chooses the research objectives.2.For the Wangong Company's WG-2000-type air-jet looms, this thesis design three e-agency programs matched to the loom, which is based on theory of the mechanical design sector and the opening design. Through the comprehensive comparative analysis, reasonable proposal e-open system solution is selected for this paper.3.According to the program of E-shedding mechanism selected, designing and determining the structure and parameters of the mechanical parts, then creating an e-open three-dimensional model of the mechanical structure in the Pro / E . Choose the appropriate electrical power source for institutions designed, and building up the mathematical model of motor.4.In the multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS, do the dynamic simulation of mechanical structure to electronic shedding mechanism, analyze the simulation results. According to the results, study the key components of the rod in the ANSYS environment, get the free modal analysis, natural frequency and tie vibration mode, and the rationality of the rod is analyzed.The main innovation of this thesis:1.According to the work on the basic principles of shedding organization, design three e-shedding mechanism programs matched to the loom of WG-2000 air-jet loom. By comparing the programs, select gear electronic opening program, then design the mechanical structure of the selected program and build a solid modeling.2.Construct the dynamic model of e-shedding mechanism and the use multi-body dynamic simulation software ADAMS to do the simulation of the shedding movement, which is in order to verify the reliability of the model.
