Gas well flooded caused by gas effusion is an important issue that restricts gas exploration, drainage gas is an effective manner to solve the problem. Conventional drainage gas technology has more equipment, large investment, the environment pollution and other issues. Therefore, from a low-pollution, low-input, high output point of view, the development of a cost-effective, simple, and can achieve down-hole gas-liquid separation and reinjection system. At present, the foreign part of the field has been applied in the actual production down-hole gas-liquid separation and reinjection technology, and received good results over the past two years, the country has also begun to make a study of the relevant technology.In this paper, mainly studied the bridge-type packer drainage gas equipments fluid flow characteristics in down-hole gas-liquid separation system. The bridge-type packer installed at the recycling layer, which can collect the gas that follow into the exploitation layer. It increases the maximum gas recovery quantity enormously.Numerical simulation was carried out by using hydrodynamic software FLUENT. The simulation of interior flow field of the different drainage gas equipments were performed by k-εturbulent model, control volume method and SIMPLE arithmetic method. The rules of pressure distribution characteristics of the bridge-type packer drainage gas equipments and the float force situation with different parameters.In order to verify numerical results, for the bridge-type packer back to gas installations carried out experimental research, results show that the experimental results in good agreement with numerical calculation results. Through the numerical simulation and experimental study established the relationship of the floater size and other parameters between force, through the impact on the above analysis of the relationship we can see that the exhaust installations of ball seat diameter of 3mm, the ball float diameter of 4mm, damping hole diameter of 2mm, structure to provide better effect of the exhaust water-blocking.This work provides theory and experiences for further research of the structure characteristics, flow field characteristics and structural optimization design of the down-hole gas/water separation the bridge-type packer drainage gas equipments.
