Along with the rapid development of our national economy, the demand for oil is growing, the heat oil pipeline is widely used as a mode of transportation. Heat oil pipeline can have three forms, overhead pipes, submarine pipeline, buried pipelines. the advantages of buried pipelines are more widely.It is very important to forecast the heat drop of the crude oil in the pipeline and the change of soil temperature field around underground pipeline for majoring pipeline construction and drawing up science and reasonable crude oil transportation craft.For increasing the accuracy of estimate, the various influencing factor of outside pipeline environment and inside pipeline oil temperature etc was considered. Along with the computer technology and the calculation method of the development, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has become a strong numerical experiment and design method.This research mainly include: investigation of heat oil pipeline and study of the theory, establish underground heat oil pipeline and steady-state stability of physical model and when is the mathematical model; On overhead pipes and submarine pipeline heat transfer analysis and numerical simulation;Based on fluent, through calculation heat drop along pipeline, compared with the theoretical formula, fluent in calculation verified the feasibility and the accuracy of heat transfer; Based on fluent , pipe buried depth, pipeline, pipe flow and thermal insulation layer radius and unsteady effect heat transfer of pipeline, overhead pipes mainly analyses the atmospheric temperature, submarine pipeline mainly analyses the water temperature. Relative to the overhead pipes and submarine pipeline ,Buried pipelines due to the influence of damp soil , to build new stable running time is relative. Through the calculation results, these Influence factors influence inside pipeline oil temperature. When majoring pipeline construction and drawing up the craft of hot crude oil transportation, the effect should be considered.This study can provide scientific criterion for actual product management and it is important to guide the transporting petroleum production, the safe running of pipelinge and the energy saving in the field.
