There are a large number of crude oil storage tanks in Daqing oilfield. The storage and transportation systems which over a broad area are so complex. The oil storage and transportation system is complex and dynamic because of that crude oil input coming from oil production plant has changed, plan output volume of crude oil is influenced by regulation and restrictions, Pipe repair, tank maintenance, etc. Although this is a dynamic change in large and complex scheduling system, it still depends on the person's subjective decision-making and experience of decision-making. So, it is difficult to make a overall coordinated, optimized scheduling solution. However, the most rapid development of computer technology and optimization technology makes operating systems for complex production scheduling to achieve precise and economic operation possible. The research on numerical simulation and optimal operation for solving the oil storage and transportation scheduling problem of Daqing oilfield is studied in this paper. Using optimal design theory, establish the corresponding optimal mathematical model, combining intelligent computing methods, the preparation of optimal solution procedures for scheduling optimization of decision support technology research. The following several aspects are mainly involved:(1) An analysis of crude oil viscosity-temperature formula (Walther-ASTM), which calculates the coefficients of formula based on many sets of data, can improve accuracy of the viscosity-temperature formula and reduce error; (2) It will calculate the four times polynomial fitting of oil pump's performance curve by using least-squares curve fitting with orthogonal polynomials; (3) Based on the first two aspects of the work to use formula for calculating the pump variable-speed control and used it to calculate the pump speed; (4) Summarizes theτtime of cooling after the end of the temperature, that is, when the next oil heating temperature formula for calculating the initial temperature, the surrounding medium temperature formula, vertical oil tank on the ground without heat the overall heat transfer coefficient of the formula, vertical tank insulation on the ground overall heat transfer coefficient formula; (5) It will establish corresponding mathematical model of optimization by branch and bound theory, write optimization solution computer program combined with intelligent computing method by C++, and then analyse the operational status of oil storage and transportation scheduling in some time selected. The computer program will provide a more objective basis to improve the level of scheduling system, shorten the decision time, rduce operating costs and energy consumption.
