Optimization Design Of Production System Of Electric Submersible Pumpwell

The Electric submersible pump is a sort of important artificial lift equipment, possesses advantages of large displacement range, high pump efficiency, high automation degree and so on. It is an important way of improving fluid production rate, realing stable production and re-production of the oil and gas wells continually. As the pump units was matched unreasonably with the production parameters of the oil wells, the electric submersible pump often deviated from the high efficient area, and can not work in the ideal operating point during the running process. Therefore, the study on the optimization design of production system of the electric submersible pump well has great practical significance to the reasonable, stable and efficient operation of the electric submersible pump.In the paper, on the basis of the study on the well inflow performance , the fluid pressure and tempreture in the wellbore and the electric submersible pump work performance , a mathematical models of optimization design of production system of the electric submersible pump well was established, using the node system analysis method and aiming at the system efficiency of the electric submersible pump well, and the optimization design method of production system of the electric submersible pump well using the mathematical model above was given. A software on the optimization design of production system of the electric submersible pump well was programmed using VB6.0, and it was applied to 10 electric submersible pump wells in Daqing Oilfield, the comparison and analysis results of the optimal value and actual value show that the optimization design method of production system of the electric submersible pump well given in the paper can predict the liquid production of the electric submersible pump well and the total effective lift of the electric submersible pump, and make the efficient operation extent of the electric submersible pump be more than 90 percent.
