Roller kiln is a recent decades, develop new fast for a fire the furnace, now it widely used in building ceramics and ceramic production. The face of today's rapid economic development, energy consumption situation, reduce energy consumption, save costs and improve economic performance will be the first task and the urgent need of each enterprise, and building ceramic kiln has become the protagonist of the furnace market by the advantage in this area. The quality of firing kiln products depends on the temperature, while temperature has a link with many factors of the furnace structure, including air-fuel velocity ratio of the burn fuel, the arrangement of the burner, fuel properties and so on. The thesis mainly used support vector machine to identify the category of the state of the furnace structure, model the ceramic kiln and the uniformity of the temperature field as the evaluation criterion furnace structure, to develop high efficiency, low emissions and high-performance ceramic kiln.This thesis introduced firstly numerical simulation and selects a suitable simulation method of the project. Secondly, it introduced the related decision-making theory, analyzed mainly the forecasting model theory and modeling process based on support vector machine, and then removes data from the combustion experimental. According to the data, we can establish the network model with support vector machine and train the network model to get a reasonable network model. The efficiency of the support vector machine forecasting model is analyzed by comparing output data with actual data. It can be optimized to the result to meet the requirements. Finally, this thesis elaborated the CFD modeling software and its post-processing software functionality and built the modeling based on optimization results with the help of CFD software, which model included the physical model, geometric model and mathematical model. The different conditions of combustion which can be calculated changed with the different conditions. The calculated result can be deposed with by the post-processing software used and the simulated data validate the model structure.In this thesis, the ceramic industry as the research background, the furnace structure as the object of study, decision support as the main content, the decision support system about the reasonableness of furnace structure on ceramic roller kiln production process have been studied by computer technology in the production process, which provides finally a scientific basis for the furnace structure design and production process.A main result of the thesis is to use decision support analysis to assess the structure of the furnace and to deal with the changes of the ceramic roller kiln temperature with visualization approach.
