Energy crisis is a common problem all over the world in the 21st century. Petroleum is the primary energy in the current world. Most of China's oil fields assume multiple zonal and non-homogeneous characteristics. There are many differences between each oil pay's pressure, output and well injectivity. How to develop multiple zonal field reasonably that both improving efficient rate and achieving sustainable development has been a international issue all the time.Zonal production and injection by a single string is a most common method to develop multiple zonal field at present, its core downhole equipment is packer. Packer is a downhole zonal tool, and it is a strategic weapon to realize the reasonable production of oil-gas field.A oil field water injection well packer was designed by CAD/CAE/CAM integration technique in this paper, it has three packer rubbers, mainly uses in zonal injection, fracturing, acidification and so on. The function design to packer was carried out firstly, also the three-dimensional modeling to packer parts and the virtual assembly to the whole packer were carried out by CAD software UG. The results show that packer's structure is simple and has no obvious assembly interference phenomena; Then the theoretical research on nonlinear finite element analysis was carried out, based on this, the numerical simulations to packer's setting and self locking were carried out by CAE software ANSYS, and the structure optimization to spring pawl was carried out. The results show that packer's working principle is simple, and its operating performance is reliable; Finally the numerical control machining to packer prototype parts was carried out by CAM software UG, and the assembly to packer prototype was carried out. The results show that the machining accuracy of packer prototype meets the design requirement.
