High-speed sand-carrying fluids can erode the inner central pipe of the packer during oil test-completion integration in high-pressure,high-yield oil and gas Wells.Severe erosion wear can lead to thinning of the pipe wall,resulting in perforations and leaks.In order to solve the erosion wear problem in the central pipe of packer caused by liquid sand,this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to study the erosion mechanism of particles in the central pipe of packer of liquid-solid two-phase flow.At the same time,the influence of sand impact Angle,sand particle size,liquid velocity and other factors on erosion rate are analyzed.Grey correlation analysis method is also used to analyze the correlation degree of influencing factors.In the actual production process,the results can be used to predict the failure position of the pipeline,and provide a theoretical basis for putting forward measures to reduce erosion.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the micro-erosion mechanism of sand particles in liquid-solid two-phase flow on the central pipe wall of packer.The results show that at low Angle of attack,the erosion of sand particles is mainly caused by micro-cutting wear.At high Angle of attack,the erosion mechanism of sand is varied,mainly in the form of deformation wear and flake peeling.(2)Based on fluid dynamics and liquid-solid two-phase flow theory,a CFD pipeline erosion model was established.According to the established erosion model,the water-sand erosion phenomenon of elbow pipe in the example is simulated to verify the feasibility and accuracy of CFD software in pipeline erosion simulation.(3)The erosion prediction method based on CFD was used to simulate the central pipe of RTTS packer and analyze the erosion influencing factors.The central pipe model of RTTS packer was simplified to study the influence of different sand impact Angle,sand particle size and liquid velocity on erosion rate.Grey correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation degree of factors affecting erosion rate.(4)Based on the above research,the structure of RTTS packer is optimized,and combined with the erosion law research,the measures to prevent and slow down the erosion damage are proposed.
