Flexible Self-assembling Mechanical Products Design Of The Strain

With the growing competition in the manufacturing market, machinery converts to small batch production of many varieties gradually. Product's variant design could well adapt to the mode of production.In this paper,assembly modeling process and variant design methods based on the assembly modeling of the general mechanical product were analyzed; the original modeling problems were discussed combining Z-axis implementation's variant design of the CNC high pressure water cutting machine, and self-corresponding variant design that two different variant design approaches were studied to achieve self-corresponding variant design for Z-axis implementation of the CNC high pressure water cutting machine was put forward.A kind of cold process has many advantages when the high pressure water cutting. Applications of the high-pressure water cutting also belong to the primary stage in China. The topic researched on self-corresponding variant design for the Z-axis implementation of the internship company's CNC high pressure water cutting machine, the major work was showed in the following.1.The current study of the variant design theory and the current application,development of the high-pressure water cutting were introduced.2.Research results and sophisticated theories of the domestic and foreign variant design were summarized.3.The general assembly modeling process was analyzed combining the CNC high pressure water cutting machine, and its shortcomings were summarized. The method of the self-corresponding variant design was put forward.4.The self-corresponding variant design based on skeleton model and assembly relationship was applied to achieve self-corresponding variant design, self-corresponding variant design was applied to achieve Z-axis implementation's variant design of the CNC high pressure water cutting machine and its series.
