| This paper consists of three chapters.The first chapter is summarize.This chapter describes the definition and classification of food pigment,the development at home and abroad,the significance and the research development.It talked about the research method of pigments in food by HPCE.In the second chapter, an analytical method of metanil yellow in foodstuffs by HPCE.We studied different run voltage, CE buffer , detection wavelength,temperature .A 75μm×60 cm uncoated capillary was used with the 40mmol/L sodium borate as CE buffer ; the detection wavelength was 430 nm; the run voltage was 18.3kV;the inject time was 3s and the temperature was 25℃.The RSDs were found to be 2.7%--3.2%(n=5),and the average recoveries were 98.0%.The testing method of pigments in food is simple,analysed time is short,It can provide science foundation to evaluate the pigments in food.In the third chapter,an analytical method of ponceau in foodstuffs by HPCE.This paper described an analytical method of ponceau in foodstuffs by HPCE. We studied different run voltage, CE buffer , detection wavelength,temperature .A 75μm×60 cm uncoated capillary was used with the 120 mmol/L sodium borate as CE buffer ; the detection wavelength was 480 nm; the run voltage was 18 kV;the inject time was 3 s and the temperature was 30℃.The RSDs were found to be 1.7%--2.74%(n=5),and the average recoveries were 98.2%.This method is simple,fast,accurate,economical.It can provide reference data of pigments in food like ice-cream for determination and quality control.In the fourth chapter,the exploration of different pretreatment methods for cordyceps sinensis by HPCE.This paper described some different sample pretreatment methods . Pretreatment method:add 100 mL re-distilled water into 250 mL round-bottom flask,put sample on the screen plate of patent product to extract then cool reflux for four hours. At 85°C we use Rotavapors to 5 mL and add re-distilled water to 10 mL.A 75μm×60 cm uncoated capillary was used with 40 mmol/L borate as CE buffer ; the detection wavelength was 250 nm; the run voltage was 20 kV;the inject time was 3 s and the temperature was 25℃. |
