Study Of Coal And Gas Outburst Based On Systems Control In Yian Mine Company

Prevention and control of coal and gas outburst is basic footing stone of coal mines in continued development, but the causes of coal and gas outburst is complicated in our country, the most important cause included①A coal mine is not designed in outburst(or a coal mine was not outburst original but gas bursted finally), accounts of safety of manufacture are owed in this mines, affecting the safety production;②Management is not related with the most advanced branches of science and technology;③Prevented outburst management is not related with systematic engineering and control engineering;④More and more peasant flowed into coal mine and they do not be stabilized;⑤Measures and rule regulation do not be put into effect. Base on the analysis, Takeing the yi`an mine as example,based on analyses of Yi`an mine company and make an investigation, prevented coal and gas outburst by overall plan and management of science and technology and work field management and emergency rescue plan of prevented outburst. Put to use the methods of systematic engineering and control engineering, we studied the integrated control of outburst. We put forward a overall proposal of prevented outburst: designed mine according with outburst; prevented outburst depended on science and technology; sweetened safety culture of enterprise, optimized systematic management, carved out spheres of danger and management with its danger; make great efforts to management of work field; and established emergency rescue plan of prevented outburst.
