At present, coal is one of the energy sources supporting sustainable development in China. Most coal mines have the status of continuous mining for many years.Safe production is still the most important thing for coal mine enterprises.Although the safety of coal mine production has been improved, there still occurred some accidents infrequently. In order to prevent the occurrence of major accidents in coal mine production,it is necessary to adopt risk classification management and investigate hidden dangers. Then,it can prevent hidden dangers and risks. It can also push forward the safety gate of production. The dual preventive working mechanism is an important part of achieving safe production in the coal mine industry. Therefore,it is necessary to pay full attention to the dual prevention of risks and hidden dangers in the safe production of coal mines. On the basis of world needs, actual assessment, the standard of national safety and quality about coal mine production, the research builds a system to describe the operational approach of risk classification management and investigate hidden dangers. The research uses the technology named ASP.NET and SQL Server to build a coal mine safety management information system which is based on the B/S architecture. This system has many functions, including risk classification management, investigate hidden dangers, collect information and so on.Using this system can change the traditional idea about coal mine safety management, and change the management model. This system has changed from post-discovery processing to advanced prevention. The way of security management has changed from progress management to double control. It can improve the standard of security risk management.Figure 44;Table 20;Reference 65.
