Application And Development Of Zaozhuang City Environmental Automatic Monitoring System

This thesis collects data on the development of the environmental automatic monitor system home and abroad, also introduces the developing process of the automatic monitor system in the city of zaozhuang and Shandong Province.Zaozhuang is a city rich in resources, so the pollution of environment is serious. There are many pollution sources which cover large areas, as a result, the situation of environmental protection is facing a challenge. In order to protect the environment well, advanced automatic monitor devices must be employed. The automatic monitor system for environment has been built in Zaozhuang, which improved the environmental monitor ability and efficiency, enhanced the level of environmental management and service, ameliorated the quality of environment, ensured the health of the public and made the economic and natural environment develop harmoniously.There are four parts of the environmental automatic monitor system in Zaozhuang: the automatic monitor system of pollution sources, the automatic monitor system of polluted water disposal plants in the town, the automatic monitor system of air quality in the city and the automatic monitor system of water quality of important river section. This system is an important part of"the Three-grade five automatic monitor systems"in Shandong Province. monitor project in the system execution, network configuration design, data collection and transmission, data storage and issuance, etc.By the end of 2009, 11 air automatic monitor stations and 11 river section water quality automatic monitor stations have been built. 154 automatic monitor devices have been installed in 104 key pollution sources and 8 polluted water disposal plants. One environment monitor center of the city and six environment monitor centers of the district have been set up.The thesis expatiates on the execution process of the environmental automatic monitor system in Zaozhuang, evaluates the effect of the system, puts forward suggestions to improve the rate of the work of the automatic monitor equipment and the ratio of data precision. It also provides references for the construction and execution of the same type of system.
