| The environmental condition of the Yellow River is very bad. Firstly, the Yellow River has a high content of sediment. The runoff and sediment distribute unevenly in time and space and the diameter of the sediment particle is diversified. Therefore, the riverway was eroded and silted enormously. Secondly, in the Yellow River basin, the air temperature and the water temperature change obviously, and the Yellow River is flooded in summer and frosted in winter. Lastly, the water in the Yellow River is polluted seriously and the component of the pollutants is complex. Due to these bad conditions, we will meet a series of technique problems such as sample collection, separation of water and sand, equipment safety when we build water quality automatic monitor station in the Yellow River. This paper has a systemic and deep technical research on water quality automatic monitor sample collection and preprocessing in Tongguan and Huayuankou which are located in the Yellow River and have high content of sediment and complex hydrology conditions. Though investigating water quality automatic monitor technology sufficiently, the technical scheme for water quality automatic monitor sample collection and preprocessing is presented. The scheme is applicable to the wriggly riverway which has lots of sediment. The sample collection equipment can operate continuously and intermittently, even can operate semi-automatically under special conditions. The sample preprocessing system can not only treat the river water which has high content of sediment efficiently thus to avoid the jam of system pipeline, but also adjust the degree of sediment treatment to enhance the comparability of sediment processing result between online and lab. Besides, it can acts as a experimental flat of sediment preprocessing. This will meet the special management demand for sample preprocessing, settle the problems such as placing the sample equipment difficultly, the instability of the system, the online separating of water and sand etc. The result of this research will provide technical support for the construction of water quality automatic monitor system in rivers which have high content of sediment. |
