Main methods and development of MES was researched and a theory to improve production scheduling of manufactory was given. Then, whole structure of MES for tobacco factory was given in according to the main request of tobacco factory in which business function was implemented. Method with three main affects were integrated was given which took the complex of controlling and management of company process into account and example was given. Main content of this paper as follows:1. Method with three main affects integrated was given. Implementation research of production scheduling was to find a way which can produce factory production plan by effective algorism and can dynamically adjust it with the real time information of production process, and, by which the optimization of time or cost of productivity was done. Production real time data was integrated by integrated data platform, the problem of plan optimization was resolved by rational algorism, and knowledge interaction was used to implement dynamic production scheduling. Then method which integrated three main affects was given2. Main structure of MES for tobacco factory was given with ISA95, in which operation, business and management was integrated. This structure include three layer (data collection layer, business operation layer and management improve layer) and two technology support platform(factory data center, process cooperation platform).3. Production scheduling model for tobacco factory was constructed. Model includes three layers which are management layer, production scheduling layer, and operating layer. Production plan with multiple layer increment and real time dynamic scheduling was used in this model which lead to reasonable coherence between production planning and process scheduling and the most effectiveness of production and the most sensitiveness of disturbance by production scheduling to production process was given by this model. The production scheduling system for tobacco factory was given, in which the business process, function implementation and construction process was studied in details.4. Method of production scheduling for tobacco factory was given, which considering the fact that including the channel complex of technical transformation equipment, flexibility of grouping producing and the precision of produce line coherence, was given that data, algorism and knowledge was integrated. Then, a sample was given.With integrated data platform, MES was integrated with the factory automation system to support production scheduling with information. The algorism model was constructed with status space theory and pro-wave method to optimize production plan. the process interaction constructed on acknowledge and practice and take the disturbance and dynamic fact into account to implement dynamic production scheduling, then a method which constructed on algorism, acknowledge and data was given.In a word, the method for tobacco factory can be used to resolve those problems such as the complex and dynamic effectiveness of production scheduling and was successfully implemented to some tobacco companies to construct production scheduling management platform which have improved their production efficiency and can be used to solve other problems the same as this.
