In recent years, the rapid development of injection molding industry have put forward higher requirements on power-driven system,further development and improvement of advanced control technologies provide a theoretical basis for injection molding machine power-dirven system servo control.In order to meet the precision requirements of plastic products,to reduce the operating cost and energy consumption of injection molding machine, this thesis designs an intelligent control strategy for power -driven system of injection molding machine,power-driven system use AC servo motor to drive quantitative pump, this allows the hydraulic pump output automatically match the energy demand of injection molding machine, so as to accelerate the system response speed and reduce power consumption,at the same time,ensuring high-quality products.The power-driven system of injection molding machine is a time dalay, non-linear, strong coupling system,it is very difficult to be controlled by traditional PID control method which is object-based,so that,the thesis put fuzzy control technology in power-driven system control of injection molding machine,by using the advantages of its robustness to reduce the effect of disturbances and parameter changes.But fuzzy controller has certain steady-state error,in order to utilize the advantages of fuzzy and PID controllers,this thesis designs a parameter self-tuning fuzzy-PID controller which can change the three parameters of PID controller by the error and error's varieties,it can adapt to the changes of the system and meet the system requirements.The results of simulation show that parameter self-tuning fuzzy-PID controller has better response characteristics than conventional PID controller and fuzzy controller,parameter self-tuning fuzzy-PID control strategy can improve the dynamic performance and has a bettr steady-state accuracy,with the help of injection molding machine experimental platform, the experimental results show that the control strategy has a good practical control effect.
