Flos Lonicerare as honeysuckle Lonicera plants with buds or open flowers,as commonly used herbal medicines in China. The active ingredient of chlorogenic acid in medicine,health and other fields is widely used and expensive.In the article, the extraction progress of chlorogenic acid,the preparation technology of the low-purity products of chlorogenic acid were studied and conduct a simple process design.Experiment selected as the optimum method of water extraction by comparing different extraction methods,and the extraction process were optimized.Taking into account the comprehensive utilization of honeysuckle leaves and stems of the problem and the water extraction experiments Honeysuckle chlorogenic acid dynamics.Experiments show that:water extraction as the most suitable method, and the honeysuckle and leaf extract were the best parameter extraction temperature 90℃,extraction time was 45min, solid to liquid ratio of 1:20, extracted for 3 times and 90℃,75min,1:20,extraction 2.Besides,flower extract chlorogenic acid accounted for 4.8% of dry matter.Experiment comparing with three kinds of microfiltration membrane MF1,MF2andMF3,four kind of ultrafiltration membrane UF1,UF2,UF3 and UF4, and two kinds of reverseosmosis membrane RO1 and RO2,the treatment effect of the different membrane combinations and diafiltrations were studied.Results indicated that the MF1 membrane,the UF2 membrane and the RO2 membrane were more better than other membrane,and use of MF1-UF1-RO2 membrane the best combination of the chlorogenic acid.Analysis results showed that,the product purity of 13.21% above.Spray drying granulator were used to product honeysuckle granule.Finally the optimum process parameter were determined as follows:inlet temperature of 150℃,feed flow rate of 20ml/min,atomization speed 21000r/min.At the same time,according to the Chinese pharmacopoeia, we established a scientific standard, including property describing of granule,methods of identification of chlorogenic acid (HPLC),as well as stability experiment.Results showed that products were qualified for standard in granularity,so lubility ande fectivec omponentsc ontent.
