| The main purpose of this study was to design an appropriate CNC experiment platform for colleges and universities in order to meet the needs of CNC personnel training. In the first of this study, the current status of the development of numerical control laboratory equipment and the inadequate were analyzed. Then the design idea of the comprehensive teaching CNC experimental platform was proposed. In mechanical structure, the presentation agencies of experimental platform were designed, including selection and assembly of body parts. In electric system hardware, with FANUC-0i system as the research platform the idea of modular design was adopted, each module of electrical circuits was designed, mainly including CNC module, power module, I / O Link module, spindle transducer module, machine I / O interface module, AC servo drive module and the module of faults setting. Based on the above, CNC experiment platform's parameter setting and the order of PMC were studied. Finally according to the characteristics of CNC teaching, five lab projects were desigened to enhance the effect of the comprehensive CNC experimental platform for teaching. |
