This paper based on the theory of ecology establish the mathematical model of biological mechanism,analysis competitive-inhibition mechanism, mutualism-symbiosis mechanism, rank-force mechanism of industrial chain. This article started from the following aspects:The similarity of industrial chain system and ecosystem is the logical model of this article.The definition of the concept and the analysis of the changes of industrial stocks. This part learns from the concept of ecology niche, use the method of value analysis to define industrial population and use the logistic model to describe the change mechanism of industrial population in a limited market capacity.Competitive-inhibition mechanism of industrial chain. The part modified by the logistic model and pull in competitive-inhibition coefficient to describe the competitive-inhibition mechanism of industrial population, lead to four results that the interspecific-competition and the intensity-competition is the most fundamental cause of all results.Mutualism-symbiosis mechanism of industrial chain.
