This paper based on the theory of ecology establish the mathematical model of biological mechanism,analysis competitive-inhibition mechanism, mutualism-symbiosis mechanism, rank-force mechanism of industrial chain. This article started from the following aspects:The similarity of industrial chain system and ecosystem is the logical model of this article.The definition of the concept and the analysis of the changes of industrial stocks. This part learns from the concept of ecology niche, use the method of value analysis to define industrial population and use the logistic model to describe the change mechanism of industrial population in a limited market capacity.Competitive-inhibition mechanism of industrial chain. The part modified by the logistic model and pull in competitive-inhibition coefficient to describe the competitive-inhibition mechanism of industrial population, lead to four results that the interspecific-competition and the intensity-competition is the most fundamental cause of all results.Mutualism-symbiosis mechanism of industrial chain. The part modified by the logistic model, pull in mutualism-symbiosis coefficient, describe the mutualism-symbiosis mechanism of industrial population, lead to the result that the equilibrium condition that the plot of two industrial populations less than one.Rank-force mechanism of industrial chain. The part modified by the logistic model, pull in the merged pressure coefficient of mergers and merged efficiency coefficient of acquisition, describe the rank-force mechanism of industrial population, point out that the two sides of mergers will form a two-volume fluctuation.The paper obtained by the above research, lead to the result that there is a high degree similarity between the industrial chain system ecosystem and performance in the industrial chain system of competitive-inhibition mechanism, mutualism-symbiosis mechanism and rank-force mechanism of ecosystem.
