Chinese traditional medicine wastewater is mainly from the washing plant, boiling, bottle cleaning process in the course of medicine production, which is complex components of high concentration organic wastewater. This thesis is produced by a Chinese Pharmaceutical Co., wastewater study, using IC+A/O combined process of Chinese medicine wastewater by combined process of commissioning a study start and running characteristics, the results show that:1. regulating the pool across the grid as a pre-settling tank both cushion adjustment process effectively eliminates most of wastewater SS, conducive to biochemical treatment follow-up. In normal operation conditions, the removal of the SS gets to rate of 85%;2. After stable operation, anaerobic reactor after the IC volume is load to 16kgCOD/(m3·d), HRT is 3h. Effluent COD and SS concentration is 400~600mg/ L,and 60~110mg/L, IC volume on COD and SS removal rate is 75~85% and 62~67%. the total effluent pH is 6.7~7.6;3. the process of debugging cycle by increasing the hydraulic loading additional power makes the IC reactor for the COD removal rate increased by an average of 15%;4. with IC+A/O combined process of organic wastewater of Chinese medicine, under normal operating conditions, the total average effluent COD was 70 mg/L, COD average removal rate of 97.2% and the total effluent SS maintained at 18~38 mg/L, the effluent color was maintained at 30 times less than the target can be achieved national GB21906-2008 "Chinese Enterprises effluent standards" in the standards;5. the project investment is 485,500 yuan, excluding equipment depreciation, operating costs 1.6 yuan/m3, the effective management of wastewater in the same time has a good environmental benefits.
