The Study Of Different Tyre Uniformity Machine's Measurements Consistency

The tyre uniformity testing machine is used to measure force variations of the tyre that have been loaded, it is the key equipment of digital tire production. The machine belongs to mechatronics product with high-tech, it is able to measure tyre's characteristic parameters: radical force variation, lateral force variation, conicity and so on. The product accord with development of our national tyre manufacturing is an important national industrialization item.This thesis the background of uniformity machine emphasizes on the study of factors maken different uniformity machine's measurements inconsisitent. By number of devices on the technical parameters and measurement results compared ,we obtain factors and their impact on the appropriate remedies. Then using the remedies can improve the precision to eliminate the system error. Completed the following major research:First, describes the revevant technical uniformity test, emphasize on analysising tire uniformity machine parameters of the mechanical model and algorithm.Then, by number of devices on the technical parameters and measurement results compared, base on mechanical model and algorithm, elaborate on between the tire axis and the loaded wheel axis mechanical relationship, so we can obtain the factors and their impact on the appropriate remedies.Last, emphasize on the study of remedies eliminate the system error. Through the analysis of hydraulic system, proposed based on MRAC UP-rim precise position. Improved calibration method, introduce the least squares and MATLAB methods to improve the accuracy of calibration coefficient. By analysis model proposed eccentricity compensation of process control and calculation method. By the last methods, improved the machine accuracy and consistency, be used in tire uniformity machine production process, improve the quality of the equipment with guidance.
