It is particularly evident that the characteristics of high pollution, high energy consumption of welding in common machining process,should take some effective ways to control of its "two high" characteristics by green planning,and make the resource consumption and environmental impact of welding process in the minimum.So,this paper takes welding process planning as the main research object, analyzed the characteristics of resource consumption and environmental emissions in welding technology, builded an evaluation index system for the green welding process planning, and put forward a kind of combination of evaluation methods, as for the green welding process planning, and on this basis, developed the evaluation system of green welding process planning. Overall, this paper conducted the following studies:1.By analysis for green manufacturing by domestic and foreign research, explain the importance and urgency in the implementation of green manufacturing technology in the manufacturing,and the evaluation research methods in the manufacturing process at home and abroad is analyzed and introduced, and the direction of this study is presented.2.Taken welding process planning as the main research object, analyzed the characteristics of resource consumption and environmental emissions in welding technology,and based on the principle of evaluation indicator selecting, identified the evaluation indicator, so as to establish an evaluation index system for green welding process planning, put forward a method of dimensionless for data of the evaluation indicator.3. According to the evaluation index system of green welding process planning, combined with a proposed method based on entropy weight and fuzzy evaluation combined evaluation method , established an evaluation method based on combination evaluation method for green welding process planning ,and given example to the evaluation and analysis.4.Based the work of the research, developed an evaluation system based on the combination evaluation method of green welding process planning by using tools of JSP, SQLServer2000, Tomcat, designed the structure and function of of the system,and did some work on operability and friendly interface of the system.
