Coal resources are the basis of the national economy of energy, and shearer is an important part of its mechanized mining. At present, shearer cutting unit driven by two-joint-motor is capable of driving power larger and body height lower, which prominent problem is the damage of transmission gears, bearings or motor than single-motor drive system. Therefore, it is very important practical significance to study shearer cutting unit characteristics driven by two-joint-motor from the dynamic perspective.The load characteristics of shearer drum is one of the based conditions to study shearer cutting unit characteristics driven by two-joint-motor. The thesis based on the traditional cut mechanical model of pick-shaped cutter, makes the analytical and mathematical model for the actual condition of pluridentate cut repeatedly and dissymmetrical slotting, analyzes the theory and experiment relation of the cutting depth to bursting angle, suggests the theoretical basis why the cutting pick incline arrangement alone the axis and the scope of the elevation angle. According to drum cutting resistance of the theoretical value and the measured curves, the typical load is described the randomness of the shearer drum load characteristics, which lays the foundation for dynamic analysis to shearer cutting unit.The flexible torque shaft is a important mechanical overload protection part of the shearer cutting unit, which has greater impact to the dynamics characteristic of system. The thesis combines with the torque axis design parameters analogy analysis, gives the function design method which considers the static strength firstly and the torsional fatigue strength secondly and stress mechanical overload protection. With introducing design parameters, it forms a series of designation that can be choose, gets the design specification of flexible torque shaft.Based on the Lagrange dynamic equations, establishes the dynamic model of the two-joint-motor machinery series system, uses Pro/E to assembly the solid model and ADAMS dynamics simulation. By comparing the results of two model simulation analysis, it gets the affect of the system stiffness, the differences mechanical properties of the motor and the connectional stiffness between dual-motor, provides theoretical design basis to the system of shearer cutting unit driven by two-joint-motor.
