Coal resourcesare the mainstay of China's basic energy from start to today,modernization and mechanization mechanized mining as one of the important aspects of the shearer device from early hydraulic traction, chain traction to further development of today's advanced electric traction, chainless haulage,and the electric traction technology by the poor reliability of DC traction cumbersome structure to the rapid development of the exchange has a simple structure, reliable operation, good performance and many other advantages proof of traction,so makes the article about shearer cutting motor frequency engineering practice significance of dynamic characteristics and analysis very necessity.One of the key technical difficulty shearer AC motor drive motor for the cutting unit of frequency control system,in this paper, frequency conversion process is divided into two parts rectifier and inverter,select MG750/1910-WD Shearer as part of the prototype will be rectified voltage space vector control analysis,inverter part through more advanced novel Direct Torque Control scheme. Since shearer cutting unit load characteristic as cutting frequency analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the motor base,and thus presents a simplified model of cutting load,it makes the following research work to be easy.After the cutting motor mathematical model and thus describe the shearer cutting motor frequency mechanical properties,for cutting motor AC frequency characteristics analysis of the dynamic characteristics of their constant power control.The basic principle and detailed research on the rectifier and inverter in frequency conversion system,that based on the ASD800 inverter,on the part of PWM rectifier using MATLAB/Simulink model for modeling and simulation,the dynamic characteristics of frequency analysis of cutting motor commutationprocess.Finally on the inverter part, on the basis of direct torque control theory and on the basis of the circular flux track control to establish the weighting flux observer model,through the same frequency system modeling and Simulation of cutting cutting motor about Simulink model,get to effect of flux, current, speed and torque are analyzed by simulation results and A systematic and complete analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the shearer motor,cound be used as reference and research of coal mining machine practice.
