Air drilling as a new drilling model, with increased drilling speed, maintain the stratigraphic stability and prevent the cuttings was contaminated, and many other advantages, makes the air drilling technology to be widely used in China's Sichuan, Chongqing, Xinjiang and other regions. The new drilling methods have also been some new problems, but the domestic air drilling data acquisition system has some deficiencies, such as misjudge of underground explosion, well depth measurement error is larger, signal line distribution complex and so on.The thesis studies the multi-sensor data fusion technology, winch signal processing and wireless communication technology to improving the existing equipment deficiencies, Then develop a system named safety monitoring system for air drilling,which have the following characteristics: small, combined with a flexible, wireless communications and so on.Through the research of multi-sensor data fusion technology research, established the mathematical model for underground blasting monitoring based on fuzzy logic method. Then realized on-site multi-sensor data fusion and verify the reliability of the mathematical model. In order to reduce the measurement error of well depth, using MCU replace traditional hardware circuit achived drawworks signal phase judge and counting. Because of the complexity of the data transmission in drilling site, the system uses a wireless transmission design. Through the research of wireless communication technology, system uses a small data radio to achieve signal's asynchronous serial communication between the signal acquisition and the IPC. Based on these studies to determined the composition and performances of the system then selected the sensor, microcontroller, data acquisition hardware module type and model to ensure the realization of system functions. Designed and developed the software system based on VB6.0 and Access Database, to achieve the functions of real-time drilling data acquisition and display, drilling conditions judge, drilling faults alarm, real-time data storage, historical data storage and query, data's Excel export and so on.
