Coal mining is facing a serious threat of spontaneous combustion of coal disasters, mined-out area fire is particularly serious, it is an important means of prevention in mined-out fire to take a scientific approach and reliable technology mined-out spontaneous combustion in trend forecasting. Conventional coal spontaneous combustion prediction methods exist, such as a single indicator parameters, laid pipeline complex, fragile fiber optic lines and other defects. To solve these problems this paper designed and developed a mined-out area of wireless environmental monitoring system designed to provide reliable technical support mined-out coal spontaneous combustion prediction.In this paper, the wireless environment monitoring system of coal spontaneous combustion in mined-out environment prediction parameters selected, the system overall design, hardware design and type selection, circuit design, software programming and experimental research, etc in detail.The system adopts a split design, consists of a lower computer unit and a PC unit, lower computer sensor acquisition unit by CH4, signal CO, O2 and temperature parameters of the four indicators amplified, A/D conversion processing in the MSP430 microcontroller under the control transmitted through the wireless transceiver module. PC unit sends signals through the wireless transceiver module wakeup lower computer unit and receives parameter data, and then after a MSP430 microcontroller processing and storage through the LCD touch screen display, monitoring personnel can use the touch screen options manner of operating system functions, you can achieve the data to view, save, and delete. The system uses C language for writing system software program designed modular program structure, the use of MSP-FET430 UIF emulator and IAR software platform complete writing and debugging of system program. To ensure that the lower computer unit of working long enough time, the system uses a low-power design. In this paper, several experiments designed to develop a system prototype performance testing, test and buried by experimental verification sewer system wireless communication capabilities and acquisition performance parameters sent to meet the design requirements.In this paper, the development of mined-out area environment monitoring system, wireless signal parameters via wireless communication transmission, a parameter signal collected a variety of indicators, using low-power MSP430 single chip microcomputer as core data processing and control, high reliability, accurate data acquisition parameters, effective for the mined-out area coal spontaneous combustion prediction provide technical support.
