Optimal Operation Research For The Pipeline Of Alashankou-Dushanzi

The China-Kazakhstan pipeline transports a certain proportion of mixed crude oil of Kumukeer and Siberia,Mixed crude oil changes with the seasons lead to pipeline Contaminated rheology changes as well.In order to protect the territory after the crude oil into the safety, In this paper, A single channel of specific heat, hydraulic equipment status, pairs of different proportions of mixed crude oil pipeline transportation process carried out simulation experiments, and researched oil rheological of the crude, and carried out the relevant process calculations to determine the mix of crude oil pipeline during the winter heating temperature and Safe Shutdown Time. This paper put forward reasonable proposals for China-Kazakhstan pipeline due to clear the pipe cause insecurity factors of first tank's level of crude oil. The research results provide technical support for the safe operation of pipelines.
