Oil is one of the most important energy sources in China,In the process of oil storage and transportation,with the increase of oil consumption,the oil pipeline construction is in a period of rapid development.With the completion and commissioning of the pipeline,the problem of optimal operation began to receive more and more attention.How to ensure the safety of the pipeline,economic operation,improve the efficiency of pipeline transportation and reduce the cost of pipeline transportation,has been paid more and more attention.Heat transfer is the most common way to transport high viscosity and easily solidified oil.Hot oil pipeline in the actual operating process,the energy consumption of the pipeline mainly includes the power cost of the oil pump and the fuel cost of the heating furnace.For a heated oil pipeline,under known process flow,equipment configuration and external environmental conditions,with the change of the operation of the process,electricity and fuel costs tend to change in the opposite direction.Based on the present situation of high temperature and high energy consumption in Panjin oil pipeline,the mathematical model of optimal operation of pipeline is established,which takes the temperature of each station as the decision variable and the minimum total energy consumption as the objective function.The optimized operation of the oil pipeline is realized,which makes the heating crude oil pipeline system in the safe and economical operation condition.The model and the algorithm are verified by the example of the oil pipeline in Liaohe Oilfield.Her paper,on the basis of the control of Panjin pipeline crude oil,on the basis of the addition of dilute oil,the oil transfer parameters of Panjin line are optimized.The purpose is to reduce the cost of pipeline safety operation.At each station,pressure and temperature as variables to piping system design parameters and equipment load as constraints in crude oil transportation under steady-state conditions through the calculation of Panjin crude oil viscosity temperature characteristics of line fitting and thermal of each pumping station and pipeline system and hydraulic calculation,the temperature drop and pressure drop along the pipeline the situation.The relationship between displacement,temperature and pressure is calculated and analyzed,and the safety interval of pipeline operation is obtained.Analysis of the relationship between energy consumption and consumption of fuel oil pump transmission stations,calculate the energy cost across the safe operation of different oil parameters under the optimum temperature of inlet oil,heating temperature and pressure station operation data,to determine the best match of pump and heating furnace.In ensuring the completion of all tasks in the case of transportation,so that the whole line of oil safety and economic operation.
