Shengli oil field Gudao-to-Dongying Crude Oil Pipeline bears the transportation of crude oil from Gudao,Hekou oil production plant and Oil Development Company.Because of the modification of pipeline and improvement of transportation process technology,the original design scheme can't meet the existing oil transportation tasks,and the operating cost of crude oil is increased.Based on the investigation of Gudao-to-Dongying Crude Oil Pipeline status,the operating parameters of Gudao-to-Dongying Crude Oil Pipeline are collected and the properties of crude oil from the two pipelines Gudao-to-Jixian and Jixian-to-Dongying are acquired through laboratory test.According to the advance operation data,total heat transfer coefficients and equivalent diameters of pipeline between different stations are calculated.The calculation method of working characteristics of centrifugal pump in different viscosity fluid is established,then the working characteristics of 7 pumps or pump groups in different viscosity fluid are calculated and compared with operating parameters with random sampling in 2014,and the maximum error is less than 15%.Considering Gudao-to-Dongying Crude Oil Pipeline status,safe operation requirements and electricity price of peak,flat and valley time,pump swich principle is proposed and 12 sets of operation scheme are determined.According to the electricity price and the fuel cost per day,the total energy consumption cost of each operation scheme is calculated.By comparison,the monthly operation scheme with lowest payment is selected.For the convient calculation,Gudao-to-Dongying Crude Oil Pipeline optimization operation software is developed,and the optimization operation scheme is determined and operation cost is calculated for each month.By the cost comparison between optimal operation scheme and the actual operation scheme,the annual cost savings is 2.624 million yuan.
