Promote the development of small towns, looking for simple, efficient, energy saving, low investment, cover an area of an area small biological treatment technology is very important, it will need to develop effective biological reactor. Biological contact oxidation method is provided for the core of microbes grow packing, this research through improving the structure of filler, in order to improve the performance of the new type filler, thus developed a high-quality high packing.Basing on biological growth,water distribution, mass transfer and separation characteristics of precipitation in a reactor of bio-contact mixed filler.Carry on a theoretical and experimental study, and found out the following major conclusions:(1) Adding filler, the bioreactor can significantly improve the removal of turbidity and biological oxygen transfer efficiency.In the bioreactor, the average removal rate of turbidity in the water was 41.75%.Under the same experiment conditions,compared with the bioreactor without filler,without aeration the bioreactor can raise the precipitation efficiency 2.1 times, with aeration it can raise 1.4 times. Adding filler, mixed filter biomembrance reactor can increase 39.63% of biological oxygen transfer efficiency.(2)The bioreactor can make microorganism to be domesticated fast. For 7 days, the inoculation succeeded. When HRT=1h, in the reaction, there were a large number of filamentous, bacteria, rotifers, nematodes and other metazoans, but little protozoa. These experiments showed that under high burden of COD, the bioreactor still achieved inoculation success.(3) The bioreactor had efficient removal of organic matter in sewage in a short time. In this experiment I determined that the average sludge concentration is10.4g/L.When HRT is lh,organic volume burden is11.13kgCOD/m3·d, and sludge burden is 1.07kgCOD/kgMLSS-d, and tne removal rate of CODcr could reach 90%, and at last in the water the concentration of CODcr is less than 50mg/L. The water quality reached to municipal wastewater treatment plant 1 A class of emission standards. These experiments showed that the bioreactor filled with composite filler composite filler was highly efficient.(4)The longer time of reaction was taken, the more ammonia and total nitrogen were removed from the polluted water in the reactor. When HRT was 4h, the concentration of ammonia was 4.27mg/L, better than the sewage discharge standards. When HRT was 1h, the concentration of total nitrogen was 28 mg/L. The results showed that compared with other biological treatment reactor, the composite fillers bioreactor had higher removal rate of ammonia and nitrogen.(5)The bioreactor had strong adaptive value in temperature, pH and DO. At a temperature lower than 10℃, value of pH less than 5, values of DO less than 0.9mg/L,it still had a manifest treatment effect. Especially, it was applicable to cold northern regions and water quantity, water quality in large range, taking organic industrial waste and urban sewage for instance.(6)Through analysis of kinetics of organic degradation, according to test results and Mnodo equation, the kinetic model of organic degradation in the cone filler bio-bed reactor is following: the coefficient regression R was 0.977.
